Entry Level Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Clinical Supervisors (BCBA)

Elevated Behavioral Therapy Services (EBTS) is hiring entry level Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with students with Autism and related disabilities. In this role, you will be working 1 on 1 with clients in their home setting supervised by a BCBA. You’ll receive training on how to implement ABA behavior intervention plans, use ABA techniques to reduce problem behaviors and skill acquisitions, collect data, and provide parent training. 

By joining our team of experienced colleagues you will be supported throughout your entire career and receive extensive training. Behavior Technicians will be required to earn their Registered Behavior Technician certificate within their first 60 days of employment. The position starts as part-time but can lead to a full-time position based on staff and client availability.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attendance and diligent work ethic
  • Ability to work with students in the home, in school or remotely during distance learning
  • Access to reliable transportation & auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass TB Test.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to collect data using company provided tablet

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
  • Past experience working with individuals with Autism
  • Bilingual
  • Current and valid First Aid/CPR certification

In this role, you will be developing innovative individualized ABA programs, managing multiple cases, providing ongoing training and feedback to your team of qualified therapists, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data collection, and leading clinical team meetings. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • MA/MS in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Special Education or related field
  • Prior experience supervising ABA programs for children with Autism
  • Prior experience utilizing assessment tools and report writing
  • Ability to work with students in the home, in school or remotely during distance learning
  • Access to reliable transportation & auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass TB Test.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to collect data using company provided tablet

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual
  • Current and valid First Aid/CPR certification
